Small air pockets may occasionally form inside the cup during transit. This is a normal outcome of the shipping process and is unavoidable. These minor imperfections are considered standard and are not eligible for replacement or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please examine your order as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any damage or problems, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with details so the issue can be evaluated and resolved if applicable.

Because each item is made to order, all purchases are final. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled.
